Since my first Newcastle United game in 1990 at home against West Ham, i’ve seen some amazing players turn out for my club. We’ve had a string of number 9′s who have helped bang in the goals and a number of exciting attacking midfielders who have help provide those goals.
Below, i have selected my all time favourite starting 11. I have selected this team using players when they were at their peak during their Newcastle United Careers. I’ve also gone for the bog standard 4-4-2 formation.

My club, Newcastle United, right now is a joke and the laughing stock of English football and rightly so. Harsh words maybe, but i’m sure many other toon fans would agree with me.
The thing is though, i still love my club and i’m still a proud geordie and Newcastle fan. But this summer i really have been pushed to my limits, and first the first time i’m not 100% sure i will be renewing my season ticket for the coming season. continue reading »

I could end this post right now with a simple answer to this blog posts title…….. I haven’t got a clue.
For the first time ever, i dont feel like renewing my season ticket for the coming season, and i know i’m not alone in feeling that way. All i am clinging onto right now is the hope of new owners and the appointment of Alan Shearer bringing new hope. continue reading »
